**Description:**
When using AWB's "Find and Replace" feature with Normal mode selected, replacements are successfully applied (as shown in diff preview), but the replacements are not added to the edit summary, despite "Add replacements to edit summary" being enabled.
As shown in the screenshot, the edit summary only displays "清理跨語言連結" (cleanup interlanguage links), with no indication of the replacements performed.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
# Set up a Find and Replace rule ( \[\[:w:(?!([a-z\-]{2,5}:|[A-Za-z0-9 _\-\.:]+))([^\|\]]*[^\x00-\x7F][^\|\]]*)\|([^\]]+)\]\]]] → [[$2|$3]])
# Enable "Add replacements to edit summary"
# Use Regex
# Preview or perform an edit
**Expected Behavior:**
Edit summary should contain:
replaced: [[:w:日野|日野]] → [[日野|日野]] (3),[[w:大有巴士|大有]] → [[大有巴士]]
