The abusefilter is not picking up that edits are coming from mobile devices, for example https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/examine/190119939 and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/examine/190119882 show that user_mobile is null.
