For the warning (T190279) and errors (T190283, T221359) related to excessive unmodified content in the translation, we want the "learn more" link to point to the new documentation page about it: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Content_translation/Translating/Translation_quality
Users should access the page in their language if such page exists. That is, if they see the warning message in CX (because they are translating into French, or they explicitly selected it as their UI language), they should reach [[ https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Content_translation/Translating/Translation_quality/fr | the French version of the page ]].
Currently the "cx-tools-linter-learn-more" link goes to English Wikipedia help page instead (note the url shown at the bottom of the screenshot):
