Change Details

The Help-links on the special pages links to different sites. For example [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Watchlist | Special:Watchlist ]] points to [[ https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Watching_pages | mw:Help:Watching pages ]] while [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges | Special:RecentChanges ]] points to [[ https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Recent_changes | m:Help:Recent changes ]]. Either meta should hold all such pages (that is policy pages) or Mediawiki should hold pages that are strictly user help. As it is now it is probably easier to move the m:Help:Recent changes from Meta to Mediawiki.
