**Motivation** Right now, we are still in "small beta" which means, changes in moved paragraphs are only indicated on de-wiki, test wiki and mediawiki.org. It is time to now include this functionality to all wikis **Task** Prepare everything, so that we can do the config change to enable the showing of moved paragraphs on all wikis on April 4th
