In the usability test (T373123) there were a few instances where users assigned a randomly chosen free license under “not own work” when they were not sure what license the work was published under. Adding “I don’t know” option among the list of license proved to be a good addition at allowing people to indicate the correct information (i.e. they don't know) rather than choosing a random license.
