SIP says that “[t]he change will //typically// be available for testing at least two weeks before deployment on https://test.wikidata.org/” (emphasis mine), but constraints aren’t even configured on test.wikidata.org as far as I know, so is it acceptable to offer wikidata-constraints as the sole test system instead?
