To resolve this task:
# `sudo diff {~y-verciti,~tools.vocabulary-index}/replica.my.cnf && sudo rm -i ~y-verciti/replica.my.cnf` to remove the identical copy in `y-vericiti`'s home directory.
# On `labstore`, run `/usr/local/sbin/delete-dbuser --config /etc/create-dbusers.yaml u14037`.
# Check that after five minutes `sudo sudo -iu y-vericiti sql enwiki_p` works.
