**Proposal**:
Often I think that I would like to save a edit - meaning, that I have it kept in the system but don't want it to be published yet. You know this difference from Wordpress, where "saving" is different from "publishing". Especially in the Content Translator I'd like to see such a feature. By the way, I sometime experienced problems when I edited in the editor window but the internet connection fell away; saving the text just for safety would be great.
