Recently, system administrators installed a very low rate limit of 90 edits for 1 minute. On Commons, this is a very low rate, in a very crippling way. Quite frequently, editors will use tools to edit en masse, often times more than 90 files. Tools like Cat-a-lot and VisualFileChange edit very fast and goes upwards of several hundred a minute. With the low edit rate, editors are hobbled in batch edits and have to wait for the next minute. This is quite tedious and time-wasting. Thus, please restore the rate limit to the speed BEFORE the change.
