The current MLEB test instance setup is quite different from the MLEB instance that we recently setup - {T224652} This hinders testing during the MLEB release, * [] Fix Translate permissions. * [] Setup TTM and caching. * [x] Add Timeless and Vector themes. We would like the test instance to also be updated to use a similar setup / configuration.
