**Context**: This is a study for WE 4.8 "Simpler patrolling of temporary accounts". The parent task is an evaluative survey that will be used to evaluate the success of the KR as a whole. Both @EMill-WMF (Objective owner) and @Madalina (KR owner) are aware of this research and this Product Analytics request as part of it. In order to recruit participants for this survey, we require a data pull of users who fit the following profile: Users who have reverted at least one temporary account edit in the past month, on English Wikipedia. - User has reverted a temporary account within the last 30 days - User has email - User has **not** set `disabledemail = 1` (technically optional due to use of MassMailer) Outputs: Username only. We will be using [[https://massmailer.toolforge.org/|MassMailer]] which respects users' email opt-in/opt-out preferences. Needed by: **Apr 13, 2026**. The survey is planned to release on the week of April 13. Delay would hinder our ability to close WE 4.8 as that is dependent on this survey's completion. Target query amount: An earlier query indicated ~12,000 users who have reverted temporary accounts in Jan 2026; therefore I would aim for a sample size of ~**2500 - 3000** users for Profile 2 (desired response number of ~370, assuming a 12% response rate on par with the Community Insights survey, but it's OK if we dip below target).
