For the jsduck test pipeline, I've already consolidated the jobs and let Zuul trigger it with different project/branch/commit contexts. {ddd8d0e97b50fdadc7729d3a79d72c89be480478} For the publish jobs, however, we still have separate ones. https://github.com/wikimedia/integration-config/blob/49dcf2ec0a2dc1b5d44d58e1f61eff69e061c32c/jjb/misc.yaml#L1-L39 Let's consolidate these as well and add an additional path variable in addition to `doc_subpath` for the parent directory (e.g. `doc_projectpath`).
