======Background
Per the [[ https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Access_to_temporary_account_IP_addresses#Patrollers_and_other_users | foundation policy ]] users granted rights to see temporary account IP addresses through autopromotion should have these removed if they have made no edits or logged actions over the last year:
> In order to maintain access to the IP addresses of temporary accounts, users in this category must edit or take a logged action to the local project at least once within a 365-day period.
======Unresolved questions
* Does this removal need to be automatic, or could administrators be in charge of removing the user group when the condition is met?
** If the process is manual, should the software flag to administrators the users who meet these conditions?
* What counts as a `logged action`? Is this a public action in `Special:Log`, any action in `Special:Log`, or even any action stored in the #CheckUser result tables?
=====Acceptance criteria
* [] Users granted `checkuser-temporary-account-viewer` user group have this removed if they make no edit or logged action in over a year
