* I don't receive any Failed/Successful mention notification
Per [[https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Echo|Manual:Echo]] that the user must sign his or her message, so [[https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Topic:Uqopuhq50tn9cu1o|I made another try]] with sign, but also user:Alaa received a notification that I pinged him, but I don't receive any Failed/Successful mention notification.
It's not specific in Wikidata, as I faced the problem at first on Arabic Wikipedia.
