We met with our collaborators at the Internet Archive today and discussed how to best handle the announcement and formal publication of the **extended dataset of ISBN citations across Wikipedia languages** that @bmansurov prepared, based on @Halfak's mwcites (T184651). Because of unanticipated sensitivities that were identified during this meeting, we decided that the announcement will be driven by Wikimedia some time in the week of **February 5**
