How do you want to get these data for Wikimedias wikis ? By looking in server logs ? If it's your request, you should add Wikimedia-Site-requests and give a regex that can be used to parse UA of requests, if it's possible

I don't think this task is required anymore. 2.6 is mostly dead nowadays and it seems that we have an agreement to drop support for it. (T154771)
