Gallery popup should be stable

Description

When you are editing a gallery and you click elsewhere, you lost all your work in the gallery. That should not be happening.

I am not sure, that it is a duplicate of that bug. Moreover, that bug is resolved, but this problem is still happening e.g. yeasterday on cs.wp.
