Hello. I'm rxy (LDAP account: rxy).
Please disable a Two-factor auth in phabricator.wikimedia.org for LDAP account "rxy".

What does "disable" mean exactly? Remove/reset?

To manage authentication factors for your account, go to Settings > Multi-Factor Auth. You can use this control panel to add or remove authentication factors from your account.

I can't logged in to my phabricator account "@Rxy", Because I lost my mobile phone.

This requires an admin that has shell access to Phabricator. Not sure who that is exactly and who is available but the process has been done before (on me as well).
