Hi @komla , can we make an exception for neon for some days? I need to safe some data, but the sudo access broke, so I currently can't access the data. At oxygen I did an in-place upgrade.

beryllium and vandaium are deleted, oxygen is upgraded (according to hostnamectl), but not yet visible in horizon/live report. Still working on neon.

@JackPotte I will prepare a patch which adds the upload right to autoconfirmed and confirmed users, as this is the default for wikis with local upload. Is that okay, or do you have concerns regarding this?

@Tacsipacsi this change will enable the upload for users who are autoconfirmed, also for the confirmed group, as this is the default config. Is that fine for you, or do you need the right explicitly granted to "users" (all logged in accounts)?

Regarding the disclaimer, I think you can use the same one used at the Stewards’ form changing “Stewards” to “Ombuds commission”.

@Teles I've used rows = 10 now for the most fields, which is the size of the description box here so that the form all in all don't gets too big. For involved users and affected accounts I used 5 now since I'd suspect that the list is usually shorter than a description of the case. If not, please let me know. I will not also add the relevant systemmessages and it would be nice if you or your colleagues can also add a userpage to the role account, but that's not technically required :). Not sure if a disclaimer is needed on this form btw, I did not add it currently since it was not mentioned.

@Teles All other form names are lowercase and only one word long, like movecomsignup. Would be ombudscommission okay as well?
