Convert edit page to use OOUI

Description

Edit options and buttons on edit pages all over projects and wikis are still in the default state without any styles at all. At cswiki we created a gadget called fancyButtons, which fixes that browser's default UI and loads OOUI for these buttons and input fileds. Community from cswiki propose this to be set all over projects and wikis. You can see it in action live by turning on the last gadget here at cswiki or printscreened here:

Hey, you can see at T111088: Convert EditPage.php to use OOUI rather than MW UI that we're already working on this (but it looks a little different to the gadget; we don't use the full-colour 'primary' buttons more than once in any interface).
