Description

When another user removes you as a subscriber from a task, you don't receive an email notification.

My email preferences are to email for everything (except action I take myself), so I think I should get notified in this scenario.

We should definitely be telling users if they get unsubscribed to prevent users from silently being left out of updates and conversations.

This just got fixed in upstream (yay!) and hence will get deployed on Wikimedia's Phabricator instance at some point.
