db1069 is still on precise/10.0.15

It has had numerous replication issues. The last one being not respecting "START SLAVE UNTIL" command since the last master database upgrades. It needs to be upgraded at least to trusty, ideally to jessie. That will probably require planned maintenance for labs replicas. A full reimage could take almost a day because we need to backup first, and then recover all data.
