Description

It can be useful to check whether an editor who's made a copyvio edit has been flagged for copyvio cases in the past.

Similar to clicking on a WikiProject bubble and filtering by that project, we could have a link by the editor's name that just shows that editor's cases.

Event Timeline

There might be some privacy concerns raised here. You're essentially tracking an editor's activity which sounds a lot like User Watchlist. I think reviewing an edit should be agnostic to who made the edit. The edit's content is the only thing of concern.

I don't think privacy is a concern here. When you see that somebody has messed up a page with a bad edit, you look at their contribs to see what else they've done. This is essentially the same thing.
