Project Name: labs-captcha privpol-captcha

Purpose: A labs project is needed because the API I am creating needs specialist infrastructure, including:

• postgresql
• redis (needs to be secure so can't use tool labs redis)
• APIUmbrella (an API gateway)

These services can run on tool labs (in userspace), but they are a huge undertaking to maintain and to get them working together and with the main app.
