AWB feature suggestion: New article creation

Description

I was thinking it would be better if new article creation should be added to awb along with format (for example references ,, see also etc) could be added to awb. If it biography than the appropriate page layout for the etc.

AWB can create new articles... Not to any structured format though

Just turn off skipping when pages don't exist

Not sure what is being asked for here. Feel free to reopen/create a new ticket if you have a feature request which AWB can add, since AWB is able to create new pages.
