Enter a category, find transclusions of each page (GLAM would most likely provide a Commons category, so it would be files and not pages), then finally get the pageviews of all the returned pages/files.

The output would be the similar table view, except hopefully we could group results by project (all the enwiki pages that use the files, dewiki next, etc). Similarly the chart view would support per-project visualization and also a visualization for all projects. Some other UI changes may be in order, and ultimately we may decide to create a dedicated tool for this purpose.
