Also, any data under /a/(or srv) should be copied to corresponding directory to 1004/1005

I'm not copying all /a to stat1005, but I'm copying most of it. There are some things that are redundant or obviously stale and not needed

I've already copied non-user created directories there, and am in the process of copying the user created ones now.

Talked to discovery analysts, seems that they have quite a bit important processing running under Mikhail's home directory, let's make sure those get transfer. Also, we need to transfer data such us the one it exists on wikistats directories: :/a/wikistats_git/squids/csv/SquidDataVisitsPerCountryPerWikiDaily.csv
