Some more detail: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciale:FiltroAntiAbusi/7 sometimes start catching edits from autoconfirmed (I once added a redudant clause for bots, which obviously didn't solve anything). Here's an example: https://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speciale:FiltroAntiAbusi/examine/201858102&testfilter=%28article_namespace+%3D%3D+0%29+%26+%28%21%28%22autoconfirmed%22+in+user_groups%29+%7C+%28user_editcount+%3C+20%29%7C%21%28%22bot%22+in+user_groups%29%29+%26+%0A%21%28user_name+in+article_recent_contributors%29+%26+%0A%28old_size+%3E+0%29+%26+%21%28%22%7B%7Bcoord%22+in+added_lines%29+%26%0A%28rcount%28%22http%5Bs%5D%3F%3A%2F%2F%22%2C+string%28added_links%29%29+%3E+rcount%28%22http%5Bs%5D%3F%3A%2F%2F%22%2C+string%28removed_links%29%29%29+%26%0A%21%28count%28%22%3Cref%22%2C+string%28added_lines%29%29+%3E+count%28%22%3Cref%22%2C++string%28removed_lines%29%29%29%0A though the edit was caught https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciale:RegistroAbusi?wpSearchUser=Azazello%26margherita&wpSearchTitle=Alan+Marshal&wpSearchFilter=7&wpSearchEntries=0
For what it's worth, I've had a dig through the filter (filter rules look okay), and I've confirmed this appears to only be happening on it.wiki (not noticed any random false positives on en.wiki yet)
Sounds like this doesn't happen anymore. In the case of further malfunctioning, we may start over with fresh code to analyze.
