There are several remaining issues about RTL support in the Wikidata Query Service UI, pointed out by @Smalyshev and @eranroz in T171564:

It may be more correct to have the arrow icon mirrored in RTL

If by "arrow icon" you mean the "Play" button, then I actually think that it's OK to have always "left to right". Buttons in media players for RTL are sometimes mirrored in RTL, but this is a bad idea. Google's design guidelines explicitly suggests not to mirror media players.

Another idea would be to have a different icon for this—I don't think that the play icon is very clear in any language, but maybe it's just me.
