Description

There are several remaining issues about RTL support in the Wikidata Query Service UI, pointed out by @Smalyshev and @eranroz in T171564:

Splitter - dragging left moves it right and vise versa (T189972)
Dropdown menus show left alignment (it may be valid for "tools", as tools have Latin names, and wrong for "help") (T189971)
X of the query helper should float left not right
Some RTL languages (Arabic, Persian) mirror the question mark for help. In others (Hebrew, Yiddish) the question mark is the same as in LTR languages (e.g currently shows correct) (T189975)

It may be more correct to have the arrow icon mirrored in RTL

If by "arrow icon" you mean the "Play" button, then I actually think that it's OK to have always "left to right". Buttons in media players for RTL are sometimes mirrored in RTL, but this is a bad idea. Google's design guidelines explicitly suggests not to mirror media players.

Another idea would be to have a different icon for this—I don't think that the play icon is very clear in any language, but maybe it's just me.
