Some users spend a lot of time moving between wikis. On some days, I will visit 300 or more SUL-connected wikis. A microsurvey that's fine once will be annoying if it appears repeatedly. Whatever system that keeps me from being repeatedly spammed when I read 300 pages at wiki #1 should also keep me from being repeatedly spammed when I read just one page at wikis #2 through 300.
