No, T117743 doesn't contain any mention of the filters that are on NewFiles. I'll make this depend on that, though.

I support this task, it would be really useful to be able to filter out the hundred of .wav files uploaded with #lingua_libre when looking for a picture I imported.

It is not possible to filter Special:ListFiles for "upload by bots" or "patrolled uploads". These information are in recentchanges and only for Special:NewFiles.
The username filter is already on Special:ListFiles
So this is a feature request for the "media type" search.
Changing description to give the task a fixable scope.
