Sometimes, when you paste from the visual editor in one window to the visual editor in another, words get jumbled into a bunch of gibberish.
Example:
"Prior to this ban, there were debates" was changed to "T Prior to teis ban, thre hweredebates"

Important to note is that in the visual editor everything looks fine, it is only on clicking "save" that the result is garbled.
Doesn't that really narrow down the spot where the bug could be?
I am noticing this bug (very rarely) on a private mediawiki instance (version 1.31 + visual editor + parsoid but no restbase) while typing (so not only copy paste) everything looks fine, but on save it is scrambled.
