Update wikidiff2 version on tests servers and rename version links

Description

Motivation
Currently the test servers do not have a version fixing the latest bug in wikidiff2. (T197157)

Suggestion:

  • Update the mobile server to wikidiff 1.7.3 so the beforementioned bugs can be validated as fixed.
  • On the main page table, replace the "new" and "old" column headers by the version numbers they actually reflect.
  • add a third column with the mobile version (called its corresponding version number)
