Many people prefer not using a mouse, some people even can't use a mouse.

These people can not use the Upload Wizard, because the description language selection dropdown component breaks TAB key navigation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drop a few pictures
2. Fill title
3. Try to navigate to description using TAB
4. The focus goes back to the top of the page
