• Start the UploadWizard on Commons
• Try to navigate the form with the keyboard, going from field to field with TAB

What happens?:

The language drop-down behaviour (around the Description and Caption fields) disrupts the flow of navigation. Users must either re-type and validate the language (which is typically the default one) or continue navigating with the mouse.

What should have happened instead?:

Ideally, it should be possible to continue navigating with TAB when the default language is appropriate.
