It might be useful to ignore a single bot (or more) and not all. For example, MsnBot makes a lot of minor changes and my list is full of these changes, while they are not risky, so it's harder to track changes from other bots. (source)
However, ignore people would be done through T167224, a feature that would allow people to watch what people do. This feature is paused, waiting for investigations to avoid harassement.

There is at the moment significant friction on Wikimedia Commons: as part of StructuredDataOnCommons, a couple of bots are making millions of edits. As they are marked as bot edits, users can filter them out, but some users do want to audit bot activity on files of interest. User would thus like to exclude edits from these two bots only.
