For documentation, testing, and other use, it would be helpful to have an OpenAPI 3.0 definition for the Parsoid REST API.

https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/?spec provides an OpenAPI spec for the Parsoid endpoints in RESTBase; is that maintained manually? Do we need anything other than remapping it to Parsoid (and dealing with the domain thing)?
