Description

Currently theres no message if ZppixBot is unable to op itself that needs to be changed

@Zppix: Can you tell whether ZppixBot receives messages from ChanServ?

Needs investigation from bot admins to work out how we can do this but probably possible.

I dont know and since ZppixBot doesnt record irc logs (afaik) its hard to tell

Okay, That makes it harder, I suppose I could ask the sopel team for advice but not sure how to proceed.
