The message "Your Browser's Connection Security is Outdated" at https://en.wikiquote.org/sec-warning etc. says "Wikipedia is making the site more secure" in 11 languages. The message is incongruous on non-Wikipedia wikis; it needs to be "Wikimedia" or better "Wikimedia projects including Wikipedia are getting more secure", to avoid dubious distinctions between a supposed "Wikipedia" entity, subject of the verb, and "the site", object.

The message is specified in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/operations/puppet/+/5b1adde31e76da719f7a12211f9df6f20bd26b25/modules/varnish/templates/browsersec.body.html.erb, and looking through the history it appears that translations are added manually - should outdated translations be removed or left if the en message changes?
I've clarified the title per T241309#5776114. The other tasks are orthogonal to this and it's just confusing to merge them.
