Write integration tests for action API's "protect" module.

Description

While we already have some tests for action=protect, several parameters of that modules are not yet covered. Specifically, the following parameters need testing:

  • cascade
  • watchlist
  • expiry

Resolving this since its only a parent task and the other tasks have been resolved
