Per D1183#23659 it looks merging code contributed by others is very cumbersome. Proposing to import the repo to Gerrit and stop using Differential for code review, keeping the Diffusion repo as a mirror.

13 commits in 2.5 years. Yes Differential is annoying, but until Striker or another self-serve platform can do this for everyone I'd rather live with the pain.
