I believe project logos have to be 135x155

This needs a svg version of the logo, in order to be able to generate 1x (135px), 1.5x (202px) and 2x (270px) versions.

Oh yeah. I had some trouble setting up SSH with gerrit and I don't know how to make SVGs

Pinging once again. If you can supply me a SVG, I can do the required configuration change. So you just need to supply a SVG.
