Description

I request on behalf of the chapter.

On WMPL wiki, Board members are active bureaucrats and they, I presume, would grant and remove the translation admin permissions.

(Just in case, as the Secretary and Vice-Chair of the Board, I'm entitled to make such requests without any confirmation of other board member, let alone any staff.)
