Per T251464#6182776 and T240697#6217971, it turns out that ad blockers / tracking blockers can be a major issue with collecting EventLogging data on the client-side. This needs to be documented at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/Systems/EventLogging#Data_Quality_Issues. For bonus points, it would great to document which ad blockers/ tracking blockers specifically affect EventLogging, e.g. EasyPrivacy, etc.
