The copyright message that appears within the 2010 wikieditor on desktop is updated to reflect the copyright message that will be defined in T284099. Currently it states GFDL & CC BY-SA 3.0 dual licensing even on Wikidata, which is licensed only under the Creative Commons license.

The basic legal guidance is :
Wikipedia content should be dual licensed under the GFDL.
Exceptions: English Wikinews does not need GFDL because they have a specific exemption (to use CC BY 2.5), and Wikidata does not because they were started after 2009.
