Background

We are currently in conversation with jawiki on switching the default skin for that community to Vector (2022). This task will track the deployment of the new skin.

Change the default skin on jawiki and zhwikinews to Vector (2022)

QA

Test jawiki on Chrome, Firefox, Safari - ensure the following features work as expected:
search, user links, full width on special pages, collapsible sidebar, language switching

I oppose the deployment of the Vector 2022 skin on zhwikinews before T306862 gets resolved. Though maybe it's too late.
