Description

I checked zhwiki tfa in featured feed from 2020 till now, found that sometimes is missing.

Check script and result in https://public.paws.wmcloud.org/User:Shizhao/tfa_zhwiki.ipynb

This problem seems to be similar to T150703?

Plese fix it!

For https://zh.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/feed/featured/2022/08/10, I got those trace log in my local endpoint: P32650.
There is an error while getting https://zh.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/page/summary/明朝年号列表. Actually, there is no article named 明朝年号列表. The true article name is 明朝年號列表, which is the zh-hant variant of 明朝年号列表.

Weird, the variants of text from Special:FeedItem is not stable.
I saw texts in zh-hans from https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:FeedItem/featured/20220810000000/zh yesterday, but now it's in zh-hant.
I can also see feeds of other dates in zh-hans now without changing my environment.
