My laptop broke down and thus I have lost my 2FA token for logging into Wikitech and Toolsadmin using my Developer account. Please disable 2FA on my account so that I can continue using my Developer account.

For reference: I believe that @Klein has also lost their ssh keys and so are unable to follow the policy as described at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Password_and_2FA_reset#Wikimedia_or_wikitech_two_factor_authentication_removal
Handing this off to Trust and Safety to find a solution or say 'no'.
That is correct. Some days ago with the help of Trust and Safety I was able to disable 2FA for my SUL account so I could regain access to it. (Request #52251) I'm willing to provide any needed personal information/document so I can have the same action done on my developer account.
Hey @Klein, can you please send a note to T&S through ca@wikimedia.org by referencing this phabricator task? Thanks.
Hello,
If you need another person to confirm that that is really Klein doing that request, I am here to confirm that.
Identity confirmed: T&S has verified the identity of the owner through a video call therefore, it is fine to remove 2FA as requested. Handing back to Cloud services or SRE. Thanks.
@Andrew, I am. I am not able to log in Toolsadmin however which immediately asks me for a 2FA code, without even asking for a password first. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
When I log in to toolsadmin it looks like this:
If you see something other than that then I'd suggest clearing cookies or trying in a private browser tab and see if you can get to the standard login options. Be aware that toolsadmin /might/ require 2fa for all logins; Horizon definitely does.
@Andrew, I cleaned my cookies and it got solved. Now I'm logged in everywhere beside Horizon because of the reason you mention. I will soon re-set up the 2FA system and finish logging in even there. Meanwhile you can consider this request resolved. Thank you for the help! :))
