- use a high browser zoom or a small screen
- click "preview"
- scroll to top of page
What happens?:
- panel has narrow height and a scroll bar
What should have happened instead?:
- panel should have normal height and no scroll bar. this is more intuitive behavior for this kind of panel. it fits on the screen fine so it should be fixed height, and the user can scroll the main page down to see anything that is cut off.
